Food without chilies or spicy kick was never considered a good food. “More kicks” has become a daily challenge in food. The need for more chilies, more pepper, more spices in whatever the food we order, as long as it’s hotter, spicier, the better. It is like a black hole, there is no end to it. What was the taste? Spicy is just the only adjective that means yummy, and the best.
